1 1/2 cups raw almonds
2 tablespoons raw cacao powder
2 tablespoons almond butter
7-8 Mejdool dates
The juice of 1/2 an orange
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
A pinch of salt

Place the almonds in a food processor and pulse until they are finely crushed. Add the rest of the dry ingredients and mix again. Add the wet ingredients and blitz until you get a sticky dough. If the dough is not sticky enough, you may add a squeeze or two orange juice. If dough is too sticky, add ground almonds.

Roll into small balls and coat with cacao powder, chopped hazelnuts, shredded coconut, freeze dried strawberries or matcha powder.

Store in the fridge or freezer
