A simple and delicious dressing to drizzle over your favourite greens.

1⁄2 cup raw cashews
3⁄4 cup water
2 TBSP fresh lemon juice
1 TBSP olive oil
1 clove garlic, peeled
2 tsp white miso
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/4 cup fresh fresh dill
dash of black pepper
Himalayan salt to taste

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Taste and adjust seasonings. Chill dressing in a tightly sealed container until ready to use. Will keep 3 days in the fridge.
