Classically known as moringa oleifera, this incredibly nutritious plant is a true supergreen.  It is anti-inflammatory  and packed with all 9 essential amino acids.  Moringa is also rich in powerful antioxidants, and has an unbelievable amount of iron, calcium,  and vitamin C.

Here are 4 of my favourite ways use moringa powder:

BLEND….into smoothies, green juice, raw soups, sauces, raw ice creams
SPRINKLE… onto salads, spiralized noodles, steamed veggies, gluten-free pasta, buddha bowls
STIR… into soups, chia, oatmeal, dips, sauces, stews
SHAKE… into water, apple juice, coconut water, salad dressings
