Make your own delicious and nutritious almond milk using only 2 ingredients!
1 cup almonds, soaked 8 hours and rinsed well
3 cups filtered water
Blend thoroughly and strain through a nutmilk bag, a sieve, or a cheesecloth. Add vanilla bean or cinnamon if you wish. Almond milk will keep 3 days in the fridge. If you prefer a sweeter milk, simply add sweetener of choice.
