SimplyRaw offers individual or group kitchen classes to teach you the fundamentals of raw, plant-based and gluten-free living that your whole family will love!  Recipes are always quick, delicious, and adaptable to any lifestyle. 

Classes take place in your home and run 2-4 hours.  The menu will vary, depending on your interests and dietary needs.
